The ray of light returns from the heart of the earth, back through womb centre to fill and illuminate your whole body. Cross arms in front of chest, letting each palm rest on the opposite shoulder. Still facing east raise the elbows and then the hands upward above head and from there trace an outward circle bringing two hands down to meet again at waist level, saying... I place myself and all that I protect and care for, within the Sphere of Protection of <<Brid>> Here, Now, Everywhere, Always. See a sphere filled with pure white light expand from your solar plexus and grow as big as it needs to enclose yourself, and the place and people within your care, blessing and cleansing everything it touches.
